Welcome to DHD Online virtual classes. These classes have been set up for those who still need to take class while at home. Please see classes on offer below and booking links. More classes will be added soon.These classes are real time meetings. Participants will need access to a device with a working camera/webcam.More information will be given in the booking confirmation along with guidance on how to set up and get ready for the class.

ADULT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ADULT BALLET BARRE LEVEL 1

This class is suitable for beginners or those who might be returning to Ballet after time out or after studying in childhood. 

We will start with a gentle warm-up then come to the barre for our Ballet exercises. We will end with a gentle cool down. 

 

ADULT BALLET BARRE LEVEL 2

This class is suitable for those who have mastered the basics of ballet and wish to progress or for those who have had previous ballet training from roughly Grade 5 to Intermediate/Advanced level. This class will work on more complex combinations. 

We will start with a gentle warm-up then come to the barre for our Ballet exercises. We will end with a gentle cool down. 

 

BALLET FITNESS

Based on Ballet moves, this 30 minute class is a fantastic workout for dancers and non dancers alike. Exercises are taken at the Barre and guaranteed to give a great lower body workout while still maintaining proper Ballet posture and technique. It is low impact but high energy!  

 

PBT - PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE

A lovely class for all levels. This class starts with a warm-up before coming down to the floor to perform exercises usually taken at the barre, on the floor. A gym ball is used but a chair with cushions on will work just as well. This is a perfect class for conditioning and strengthening and ends with a lovely stretch. This is a low impact class which anyone can join. 

 

PRICE: These classes are currently running on a Pay as You Feel basis. If you find yourself in a position where you are unable to pay, please still join the class anyway.
