Deborah Hoskins ISTD DDE
Deborah started dancing when she was 5 years old at the Willow Tree Centre of Dance and Performing Arts in Devon. Her love of dance took an exciting turn when she was offered a scholarship to attend the Urdang Academy full-time lower school in London at the age of 14. Continuing into the upper school, Deborah received professional training for 5 years in the heart of Covent Garden studying Classical Ballet, Contemporary (Graham, Release and Cunningham), Tap, Modern Theatre, Jazz, Street Jazz, Pas de Deux and Musical Theatre; all taught by some of the most prestigious choreographers, teachers and directors in the industry.
Since then Deborah has performed and taught in London and, after a move to West Yorkshire in 2015, teaches freelance across Leeds and set up Deborah Hoskins Dance in January 2016. Deborah is a fully qualified teacher with the ISTD and loves to share her passion for dance with both children and adults.
